Students gain experience working on productions from audition to curtain call. Focus is on performer skill development with the change to direct at the 35 level.

Explore drawing, painting, sculpture and contemporary art techniques. Emphasis is on awareness of natural and created environments and developing art skills. Students wishing to complete the AP portfolio may begin an AP Art program in Art 20 or Art 30 by making a request
to the Art teacher.

Art 31 is for serious Visual Art students wishing to develop their portfolios further. Students in Art 31 AP submit their

Develop your performance, communication and collaboration skills through theatre! You will have the chance to explore improvisation, stage combat, scene work, play writing and directing, and end with the production of a play.

This course is offered to students with experience on any instrument. Topics covered in this course include performance, stage etiquette, industry basics, recording, and song structures. Instruments are not provided (with the exception of drum kits). Tour is optional.

Learn technical skills and develop your musicality. Performances are mandatory. Students must have a prior knowledge of a woodwind, brass, or percussion instrument. Tour is often a highlight.

This course occurs after school and is open to anyone that auditions. Together students work together towards a large-scale production and focus on acting, singing and dancing skills, whether you are experienced or not! There is also a 15 level version of this class that will occur during a regular block.

3 or 5 Credits

Students are members of an actual technical stage crew. This course is for students who are interested in being technicians for bands, disc jockeys, television, film and theatre.
