Timetable Changes 2024-2025

Students heading into grade 11 and 12 were given their timetables in June and had the opportunity to adjust their timetables then.

New Students to Paul Kane will receive their timetables in August 2024 and will be provided with a link to book an appointment if they need to adjust their timetable.

The following Timetable rules have been implemented:

  1. You will be allowed ONE change appointment ONLY. Please be sure you are absolutely sure of your requests before booking your appointment.
  2. Changes can be made on the following dates ONLY:  August 21-23
  3. Appointment bookings will open Monday, August 12, at 8:00 am and will fill up quickly! Please note, these appointments are reserved for incoming grade 10 students only We will only be accepting one appointment per family.  We will not be accepting any changes via email.
  4. No fast tracking will be done before the first day of classes. If you are hoping to fast track, you can pick up a form at Student Services. Fast tracking appointments will be made in the order your form is received by Ms. Setch in Student Services. Fast tracking is based on previous marks and teacher recommendation.
  5. There are absolutely NO requests for specific teachers or to be in a class with friends.
  6. Paul Kane is FULL for the 2024-25 year which means many classes are also full. Not all changes will be possible.

If you wish to simply drop a course with no other adjustments required, please email your grade level counsellor directly. Please note, grade 10 students are required to fill their timetables.
