Grade 12 students - remember to check your email and vote for the 2021-2022 Unsung Hero Award.  Voting closes May 31 at 11:45 a.m.

PAGE PROGRAM LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF ALBERTA

Part-time job for full-time students who are at least 15 years old as of September 1. Students must maintain strong and consistent grades and be strong communicators with good interpersonal skills.

healing walk for missing and murdered indigenous women

Please join our community for a walk in honour of Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women, Girls, Men, Boys and Two Spirited People.
The walk will take place on June 19 starting with a 10 am gathering in Lion's Park.  Free t-shirts, bannock, tea and water will be provided. 

st. albert public summer school

Takes place July and August 2022. Hosted on-site at Bellerose Composite High School. All courses will run subject to enrollment.

Scholarships/ Awards with upcoming deadlines:

ASAA SCHOLARSHIP - PAY IT FORWARD SCHOLARSHIP

ASAA SCHOLARSHIP - PAY IT FORWARD SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is available for grade 12 high school students who contribute back to their school and/or community athletics programs. This may include dedicating their time to coaching, sport administration, officiating, statistics, team management, media coverage, and/or organization of their high school sports team or community sports teams.

ASAA SCHOLARSHIP - ALBERTA MILK

Alberta Milk has established a scholarship, made available through the Alberta Schools’ Athletic Association (ASAA). The award is for students to achieve a balance in their school, home and community life. It is open to graduating high school students in schools that are current ASAA members. One female and one male student will each be awarded $1,000. Applicants must be planning to attend a post-secondary institute in Canada in the Fall.

ST. ALBERT HOST LIONS CLUB LEGACY AWARD

For a graduating Paul Kane student who demonstrates leadership qualities, is recognized as an individual of honesty and integrity, and displays a commitment to his/her community through service work for youth groups, senior citizens, or non-profit organizations.
Value: $1000

JONATHAN DOODY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

For a graduating grade 12 male student with a strong academic and extracurricular record who is enrolled in his first year of full-time undergraduate studies at the University of Alberta. For information, visit: www.eafiji.ca & for the current application.
Value: Three awards of $800

Deadline: Sept 17
Apply: 2022 Link - This award is adjudicated by the sponsor. Students are encouraged to apply prior to August to register early for interviews. Recipients will be selected in early October and all applicants will be contacted regarding the selections.
