PAUL KANE "WINDOWS OF OPPORTUNITY" OPEN HOUSE, MARCH 8, 2023

Welcome to Paul Kane’s Open House! We can't wait to show you our incredible school and all we have to offer our students!  Our Open House is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, March 8, 2022 from 5:30 - 8:00pm. Please join us to tour Paul Kane and get to know our staff, programs, clubs, and all that makes PK your place to belong!

This evening is an opportunity to explore the culture and community of Paul Kane High School. Is your teen interested in taking courses in Advanced Placement or French Immersion? Program presentations will take place in our Paul Kane theatre.
5:30 - Paul Kane Open House begins
5:45 - Administrative Address in the Gymnasium
6:30 - 7:15 - Advanced Placement Presentation in the Theatre
7:15 - 8:00 - French Immersion Presentation in the Theatre In addition to the in-person components of our evening Open House, families can also visit our Open House Virtual Tour site . This site offers many interactive features, videos, and opportunities to learn more about the amazing programs and courses at Paul Kane.  Please explore our Virtual 360 Tours of spaces, view our video vignettes, and browse our 2023-24 Guidebook “Windows of Opportunity”.

WHAT IS AN OPEN HOUSE?

School open houses are events that give you a chance to: ● Speak to teachers and other school staff about high school programs, culture, and opportunities.
● Learn about programs and extracurricular activities offered at the school.
● Understand what your teen will learn and how you can support their learning.
● Learn and have questions answered about the registration  process.

BEFORE THE EVENT

● Explore our 2023-2024 Guidebook “Windows of Opportunity” to review information about programs you’re interested in
● Visit our school website and review information about programs you’re interested in
● Make a list of priorities and what’s important to your teenager and your family
● Help your teen consider all the options and activities available
● Have a list of discussion topics handy so you and your teen are ready to ask questions

AFTER THE EVENT

The Open House link on our school website can be accessed anytime before or after the live event at the school. If you have additional questions or missed the event, contact the Paul Kane Administration at 780-459-4405. Don't forget to enter our draw to have your 2023-2024 school fees waived!
