As March gets underway, we call your attention to a few details on what to look for at this point in time, as well as where to find it.

PST Conferences

PST conferences will take place on Thursday, March 12 and Wednesday, March 18. Booking is available on our website.   

Personalized Registration

Grade 9 students and their parents who need help planning for high school are invited to book a half hour one-on-one session with a counselor or administrator. Please call Amy Rhodey at 780-459-4405 ext. 323 or email amy.rhodey@spschools.org

Registration 2020-2021

During the week of March 30th students will bring home a 2020-2021 registration package to discuss with their families. Registration workshops for students going into Grade 11 will take place during the day on April 7th . Students going into Grade 12 will attend a registration workshop on April 8th. Students who miss these two dates may register in period 2 on April 9th. Students are asked to please come prepared to submit their course requests for next year.

Spring Break CALM

CALM 20 is a requirement for high school graduation. A six-day CALM course will be offered during Spring Break (March 20 - 27). There is no fee for this course and registration forms are available from Shirley Bowles at 780-459-4405 ext 300 or shirley.bowles@spschools.org

Summer School 2020

Grad 2020 – May 30, 2020

Please check our website for all things pertinent to Grad 2020 – credits, retake photos, tickets, etc. You don’t want to miss a thing! We remind you that grad banquet tickets will not be sold to any student with outstanding fees or textbooks/library books. All accounts must be paid in full prior to Grad Ticket Sales. A Grad Parent Meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on April 7th, 2020 in the cafeteria.

Grads! Submit your pictures for the slideshow to pkgradslideshow2020@gmail.com by March 19th. Grad baby pictures are due March 19th to gradhistorians2020@gmail.com

Games Night Fundraiser

March 13 from 5:00-10:30 in the PK Cafeteria. Everyone welcome to this family friendly event. $5.00 admission fee and a concession will be available.

School Fees

An invoice for outstanding fees will be emailed separately. Sign in to your account in the PowerSchool Parent Portal to view fees. Please check regularly as items such as sports fees, clothing etc. may be added to your child’s account throughout the year.

Online payment is encouraged, however cash, cheque, credit or debit payments can be made in our office. All fees must be paid by the end of June or may be forwarded to collections in July. Textbooks/Library Books

All books from Semester One are now overdue. Outstanding textbook/library book notices will be emailed separately. Payment for lost textbooks must be made at the office.

ADLC Course Marks

These marks are NOT available on PowerSchool. Each ADLC student has been given an ADLC username and password to access assignment/quiz/test marks. Please contact Mrs. Chanasyk at donna.chanasyk@spschools.org for username and password.
